Another Consultant?
The Kane County Board Administration Committee on 7/12/07 approved to advance to the board by a 3-2 vote, a request for the RFP approval for the Master Planning of the Judicial Center. Bonnie Kunkel and Deborah Allan voted "NO". Gerald Jones, Robert Kudlicki and Don Wolfe voted "YES". Ms. Kunkel made a suggestion that the county departments meet and decide which groups need to work closely together than go to look for a consultant to help put the plan together. to quote Ms. Kunkel "..garbage in garbage out" was stated because she thought the county should do their homework first, so the consultant could have something to work with.
